How to Manage Space and Occupancy

This section of the Archibus Foundations help covers using the Space Console to review your space data and update it as necessary. These topics assume that you have already developed your space inventory, and are now using the Space Console to maintain it. Similarly, the topics focus on assigning space to employees that you've already created or imported.

The following is a list of the most-frequently accessed tasks and queries. As you work with the Space Console and its filter and highlighting features, you will find that you can combine these features in many ways to create a myriad of queries.

Note: The Space cloud module also offers a Space Console. The Space cloud module's Space Console offers additional features, such as Team Space. When searching the online help for information on the Space Console, be sure to review the blue text in the upper right hand corner of the help topics. This text tells you whether you are working with the Archibus Foundations Space Console (ab-sp-console.axvw) or the Space cloud module's Space Console (ab-sp-console-trans.axvw).
