The local currency actually used for a cost transaction as defined in the lease agreement. When recording payments, Archibus applications record the exact cost that was paid and the currency in which the cost was paid. Doing so ensures that the program records the exact details of the transactions with no rounding. Applications use Payment Currency values for invoicing and as the source value for converted and aggregated costs.
Each transaction can have its own Payment Currency.
Archibus applications use Payment Currency only if you have enabled the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set.
