Buildings are a type of portfolio item that are assigned a Building Code in Archibus to uniquely identify them. To track tax and other costs for buildings, you can associate buildings with a property.
Using the Portfolio and Lease Administration applications and Leases module, you can enter data for buildings, structures, and land. Having your data grouped by these portfolio items enables you to perform relevant data analysis and get a complete operating picture of your entire portfolio.
