Land is a type of property that is a contiguous area of ground with defined boundaries. Land can be comprised of one or more parcels which might or might not hold buildings. Land is assigned a Property Code in Archibus to uniquely identify it.
Using the Portfolio and Lease Administration applications, you can enter data for land, buildings, and structures. Having your data broken down by these portfolio items enables you to perform relevant data analysis and get a complete operating picture of your entire portfolio. Compare to portfolio items, structures and buildings.
