You can generate rent reports to summarize your rent income and expenses, just your income, or just your expenses. The reports show data in tabs for Recurring, Scheduled, and Actual costs. See Report Tabs. If you set a restriction, it is used to display costs on each of the tabs.
To generate the report using the default restriction, click Filter. Alternately, you can set restrictions so that these reports include different cost categories, locations, and time frames. See Using Filter Consoles.
The following table describes each of these reports, and gives its default restriction. You can change the restriction as needed.

When you have enabled the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set, you can choose to generate the Rent by Lease report to show Base Costs, Total Costs, or VAT Costs in the Budget Currency, your User Default Currency, or a currency you select. Just as when the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set are not enabled, the Rent by Lease report summarizes your rent income and expenses (Base Rent Costs by Lease) , just your income (Rent Income by Lease) , or just your expenses (Rent Expenses by Lease). However, when the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set is enabled, the report shows these amounts as Total Costs, Base Costs, or VAT Costs depending on the selections you make to generate the report.
