Select Ownership (Add/Edit Wizard)

The Add/Edit Wizard's Ownership tab appears if you are adding a new building, structure, or land.

Note: If you are editing an existing portfolio item and need to change the ownership type, see Changing Ownership Type for Portfolio Items.

1. Select the Owned or Leased option button to specify whether you own or lease the portfolio item.
2. Click Continue.

Next Steps

When working on the Ownership tab, after selecting the ownership type, do one of the following:

• Continue - Click Continue to go to the Building, Structure, or Land tab. The tab that appears depends on the type of item you are adding. See Entering Information for Buildings, Structures, or Land.
• Back or Cancel - Click Back or Cancel to cancel adding the new building, structure, or land.
