Cloud Administrator
For Archibus Cloud deployments, the person in the company who performs basic administration tasks to ensure that Archibus correctly runs for their needs.
Working from the System / Cloud Administrator process, Cloud Administrators:
- bulk edit data using the Smart Client
- view program information and license usage
- customize home pages to include the desired content, and republish home pages
- mark Archibus documents as ready to be archived
- configure mobile apps for their company's needs
- configure parameters controlling behavior of mobile apps and cloud modules
- define and manage users authorized to access the system; they cannot manage power users who are assigned the 4 - PARTNER ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) and SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) roles
Users who authorized as Cloud Administrators are assigned the 4 - CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) role.
In the sample HQ deployment, the Cloud Administrator signs in as user AFM-CLI.
