Cloud Partner Administrator
For Archibus Cloud deployments, an Archibus business partner who has in-depth knowledge and training and works with a client to customize Archibus to meet the specific needs of the client.
Cloud Partner Administrators can perform all the tasks of the Cloud Administrator, as well as work from the System application to preform such tasks as:
- define reports
- manage workflow rules
- define performance metrics and add them to home pages
- make home pages available to users by assigning home pages to roles
- manage automatic look-ups
- manage users and licenses
- manage VAT and multi-currency
- manage CAD and BIM settings
- configure connectors for transferring data to and from external systems
- define and manage users authorized to access the system; they cannot manage power users who are assigned the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) role
- archive documents
Users who authorized as Cloud Partner Administrators are assigned the 4 - PARTNER ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) role.
In the sample HQ deployment, the Cloud Partner Administrator signs in as user AFM-BP.
