  understanding your role

Most users of the ARCHIBUS system can access all the reports, analyses, forms,and dashboards that they require for their jobs by using the ARCHIBUS Web Central environment.

As a Web Central user, you will find that the tasks that you require have been assigned to you and will appear on your Process Navigator. These tasks can range from: reserving rooms, allocating space, creating capital budgets, reviewing leases, reporting maintenance problems, managing moves, and reviewing space usage.
