Energy Management: Application Overview

The Energy Management application, includes the following roles:

  1. Business Process Owners: define the following Background Data used by the Energy Management application if this data has not been defined using another application.
  2. Cost Administrators. enter billing information, and also vendor information if it has not already been added. See Cost Administrator: Overview.
  3. Accounting Supervisors approve and audit bills: See Accounting Supervisor: Overview
  4. Energy Managers/Facilities Directors  review cost and consumption metrics, forecasts, and scenarios. See Energy Manager Overview.
  1. Operations/Contracts Managers: review metrics across your portfolio: See Operations/Contracts Manager Overview.

The Energy Management application enables the Cost Administrator to enter bills that are approved by the Accounting Supervisor. See Energy Management Bill Entry/Approval Process.
