Reports for Enterprise Asset Management and Asset Management

Working from the Project Proposal, Asset Lifecycle, or Asset Disposal Consoles, you can access asset information and analysis reports, as well as the full range of Asset Portal tasks for furniture and equipment. These Asset Portal tasks include reports and forms for viewing, adding, and editing asset information, such as warranties and insurance information.

You use the Reports button to access these reports and tasks.

The following are examples of some of the reports you can generate:

Compare building performance when selecting a potential building for a proposed project via View Building Performance Analysis
Compare property financial performance with All Properties Yearly Financial Summary by Country
Compare equipment performance by reviewing the Equipment Maintenance History, Equipment Failure Analysis, and Equipment Replacement Analysis reports
Using the Project Location tab, compare floor plans and site maps of various projects or potential locations.
Compare Project financial performance using the Compare Annual Project Costs to Budgets – this may be helpful in evaluating similar projects or project locations

Although you can perform these same tasks working from the consoles, the Asset Portal tasks and reports are also available from Enterprise Asset Management and Asset Management to provide flexibility in the way you work. Reports from other applications

The reports and the consoles all work with just the Enterprise Asset Management license. However, be aware that some reports listed depend on data developed in applications other than Enterprise Asset Management. If you don't have a license for the other application, the report includes only the data developed in Enterprise Asset Management. For example, if you do not have a license for the Energy Management application, and generate the Energy Consumption by Location report, there will be location information, but not any energy consumption data, as that data is developed using the Energy Management application.

List of available reports

The following reports are available by clicking the Reports button, and then selecting the asset type from the menu. A fly-out menu then present the Asset Information and Asset Analysis choices for that asset type.

Note: You access the Furniture Standards Inventory Counts by... reports from the Furniture Standards Inventory process. This process is available from the Process Navigator or from a home page. See Furniture Standards Inventory Process.
