The Country Code associated with the Locale entered in your User Profile. Your Business Process Owner stores VAT Percents based on country and cost category. The application uses the VAT Country and cost category to get the VAT Percent to calculate VAT Cost for a cost transaction.
Archibus applications use this field only if you have enabled the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set.
