The All Properties Yearly Financial Summary by Country report provides a financial overview of all your properties grouped by country. It concisely presents fundamental data, such as property status, book and market value, and occupancy, as well as yearly financial information based on the costs you’ve generated from day-to-day operations. The costs are summarized by the Operating, Utility, Tax, and Other cost categories.
The report includes the following benchmarks that enable you to evaluate the property's costs and income in relation to its rentable area, the income-producing area for the property.

The report presents the Countries panel; select a country to see data for each property in that country. You can generate a paginated report that includes properties for all countries by clicking Report at the top of the Countries panel.
You access the All Properties Yearly Financial Summary by Country report by selecting the Portfolio Management /Reports/ All Properties Yearly Financial Summary by Country task.
The All Properties Yearly Financial Summary by Country report uses the "Expense" fields that are stored in the Properties table when the Property Abstract report is generated. For this reason, the Date Calculated shown in the report is the date the Property Abstract Report was most recently generated.
The Date Start and the Date End shown in the report are the dates selected from the Filter console the last time the Property Abstract report was generated. If you would like the costs in the All Properties Financial Summary by Country report to reflect a different time period, generate the Property Abstract report using the desired Start Date and End Date. Then access the All Properties Yearly Financial Summary by Country report to review the updated costs.
The costs in the All Properties Yearly Financial Summary by Country represent average annual costs. These costs are based on actual costs incurred between the time period (Start Date and End Date) entered for the Property Abstract report when it was most recently generated. The program then prorates the costs for a period of 365 days. For example, if the Start Date and End Date cover a 3 month period, the program multiples the cost amounts by 4 to get the yearly costs. The All Properties Yearly Financial Summary by Country reports includes property benchmarks that are based on either rentable area or occupancy, such as the Yearly Income / Rentable Area or Yearly Income / Occupancy. These benchmarks enable you to compare properties on an even basis. See the Property Benchmarks section of the Benchmark Calculations for Reports topic for descriptions of the calculations used.
If you are using the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set, the cost fields in the All Properties Yearly Financial Summary by Country report show Total Costs using the Budget Currency.
The cost fields are summarized using the restriction set the last time the Property Abstract report was generated. This restriction determines the locations, date range, and cost type (Recurring, Scheduled, or Actual costs) used to select the costs to include in the report. The All Properties Yearly Financial Summary by Country report is not affected by the selections made using the VAT and Currency buttons the last time the Property Abstract report was generated; All Properties yearly Financial Summary by Country report always shows Total Costs using the Budget Currency.
