The Space Console
The Space Console is a multi-faceted tool for managing your space and occupancy. With the Space Console, you can perform such tasks as:
- load floor plan drawings
- load Revit 3D plans in the 3D Navigator
- review the total area of a set of rooms or floors
- find a set of floors or rooms that meet certain criteria
- find vacant, at capacity, and over-capacity rooms
- highlight floor plans by vacancy, department assignment, division assignment, team assignment, and type
- find an employee's room on the floor plan
- generate an occupancy plan
- create new employees, buildings, floors, rooms, divisions, departments, room categories, and room types
- change a room's properties, such as its department assignment or use
- create employee teams and assign space to employee teams (team space)
- launch reports, such as Compare Room Team Statistics
- export data to Excel or Word
- export floor plans to Word or PDF
Start the Space Console from:
- Archibus Cloud: Space / Space Manager / Space Console
- Space / Space Inventory / Space Manager (workspace transaction mode is not set)
- Space / Occupancy / Manager
