Archibus module (Archibus SaaS module)
In Archibus SaaS, a module is a set of views, reports, workflow rules, and parameters that you use to accomplish a specific goal, such as managing space or managing assets.
SaaS modules are a packaging of applications and domains. Some SaaS modules are on the application level of the Navigator (such as Condition Assessment), while others are at the domain level (such as Capital Projects).
Sitting on top of Archibus Foundations, modules provide additional workflow, analysis, and roles than available in Archibus Foundations. Customers can start with Foundations, and move to the Archibus Essential modules when they require additional functionality, such as tracking leases. Finally, they can advance to other products, such as Lease Chargeback or products focusing on Risk & Sustainability.
All functionality available with the non-SaaS offering is also available to Archibus SaaS, except the following:
-
Advanced Forecasting
-
Forecasting
-
US Federal Property Registry
-
Enterprise Assets (chain of custody, project management integration)
-
Telecom Assets (functionality covered by Assets)
-
Space Inventory -- Workspace Transactions features
-
Space Chargeback -- Shared Workspace Chargeback features
