The applications integrate with Space Requests, Move Requests, the Service Desk application, and the Move Management application.

The Space applications can use the new workspace transactions or can use the "classic" method just as 19.3 and earlier versions of the software did. To switch between the two, use this task:

Switching between the two will also change the Space Management Process Navigators to assign different views to the default ARCHIBUS roles.

Note that from a licensing perspective, you will need licenses for the Space Inventory & Performance as well as a license for either Enterprise Move Management or Service Desk to make use of the Workplace Transaction features.

For more information, see Workspace Transaction Method vs. Non-Transactional Method.
