EH&S Review: Overview

The Review option in the Process Navigator provides access to summary and detailed information related to safety programs and initiatives. Using Review you can view high-level reports and then drill-down in them for greater detail. Report topics include: training programs, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), medical monitoring, work categories and more.

In addition, Review presents incident-related information that is integrated into location maps and building floor plans. This enables you to get the big picture on safety problems across the enterprise or across the world.

The table below lists the main tasks supported by Review. Click on a link in the table to lean how to perform the task described.

Interpreting Pending Reports

Pending reports use color to represent the status of items. For example, pending items for which the deadline has passed appear in red. Pending items within a predefine timeframe, such as 15 days, appear in yellow. You can configure the pending timeframe using an application parameter. See EH&S Background Data / Application Parameters to learn how to edit a timeframe parameter.

Exporting Report Data

Many reports support the export of data. Export is supported to the following formats:

A report that supports export displays two buttons. The DOCX button creates an export file in Word format. The XLS button creates an Excel-based export file. You can save an exported file on the local machine or on any networked or shared drive.
